How do I arrange for service?
Just call Marilyn Shields - at 952-367-6917. Or write us an e-mail. It's always a pleasure to serve you.

How many people will be in my home each cleaning?
Marilyn with a maid ,a maid or a team. You will meet them first.
 
What time will Marilyn maid be at my home?
We work  from 8:00 am to 5:30pm, Monday - Fridays. We also work on the weekends at your request.


Do I need to be home when you clean? 
It will depend on you. We don't mind either if you are home or not. Most customers like for us  to clean their homes while they are at work or out of town.....We will simply need to know where we can find a copy of a key to your home or use the garage code; We will let ourselves in, clean, lock up and place the key in the location you specified or close the garage.
What do I have to do before the cleaning?
We would like for you to pick up toys, clothing or other household items.


What about cleaning supplies and equipment?
 We have our own cleaning supplies but at your request we can also use yours.

How do I pay for service?
Our customers find it easy to leave a check in the home ,made payable to  Marilyn Shields. Payment is made on the day we clean your home.

What about tipping?
Tipping for service is appreciated, but is not required or expected.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?
If your  cleaning schedule falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule the service.

What if I am unhappy with the cleaning?
If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.   We will re-clean the area at no additional charge. Our primary goal is to obtain your total satisfaction.

What if i need to change a scheduled cleaning visit?
If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit. We would appreciate a  24 hour notice. Otherwise ,we would charge a fee of $20.00 if our team cannot be reassigned.

Do I have to sign a contract ?
 No. You don't have to do that. When cleaning we try to reach your needs, where your satisfaction is our primary goal. But we would appreciate for you to let us know how we can serve you according to your expectations.

Are you bonded and insured? 
 Yes .We are Insured and bonded.

What if something gets broken during the cleaning?
We treat your home as if it was ours but sometimes Accidents occasionally happen. We will repair or replace anything that gets  broken as a result of an accident caused.
